My first experience was very good. I haven't found another shop that really treats you like family, since I was a child in South Carolina. Their prices are fair, but the service is above and beyond. I'll be bring my car back when I need service work done!

Very professional and courteous. I have always had a good experience with them. I was having issues with my brakes and it was fixed excellently.

I would give this place more stars, but apparently 5 is all that fits on the screen. I can't tell you enough good things about them. I needed a clutch they fix that. My engine was smoking ( due to valvoline's bad oil change) and a little pipe thing kinda leaking/breaking. And they fixed that. Then when I thought I could finally get a tune up. My car started clunking as I was shifting. My heart dropped to my feet thinking the worst that the transmission had failed. But nope...it had to do with the wheel and rocker arm or something and well-ah I was off and running again. The place is small on lyndale but they will get you in. They will work with you not against you. Friendly comical staff, (Doug) that keeps you laughing while you expect the worst about your vehicle.

If you need an auto mechanic, call Nelson's. So many times I've gone to a mechanic and left wondering, 'did I get ripped off?' I've never had that experience with Nelson's. They do good work, the prices are fair, and the customer service is excellent. I can't imagine taking my car anywhere but Nelson's.

Took me in almost immediately, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it properly for a very fair price! I'd happily recommend them to anyone!

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had getting my car fixed. Nelson’s took time to understand my concerns, fixed my car within an hour and a half, and at an incredibly fair price. I’m switching to go to them full time & highly recommend other people to go as well!
